At Rena Blooms, we believe exceptional florals come from thoughtful planning, clear communication, and mutual respect. These policies exist to ensure a smooth, elevated experience for every client while allowing us to remain flexible and accommodating whenever possible.
All services begin with an inquiry form to help us understand your vision, needs, and timeline.
Once reviewed, we will follow up with availability, next steps, and design direction. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or guarantee availability.
We focus on custom design, not pre-made arrangements, which allows us to create florals that feel intentional and tailored rather than standard or mass-produced.
1. Inquiry & Design Process
Our pricing reflects the full scope of work involved in bringing your floral vision to life. This includes the time required to thoughtfully review your inquiry, develop a tailored proposal, coordinate with flower suppliers, prepare florals, and execute the overall design and installation.
Each arrangement is intentionally designed and our pricing accounts for both creative planning and hands-on labor. We are always happy to adjust designs to align with your budget while maintaining our design integrity. Design revisions are welcomed within reason once a proposal is shared.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and initiate design work.
Weddings & Large Events: 30% deposit
Corporate Events: 30% deposit
Personal Floristry: Payment is required in full depending on scope and timeline
Remaining balances are due prior to the event or pickup date. Dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
We understand ideas evolve. Minor design adjustments are welcomed before the final design lock date.
Changes requested after design approval or within close proximity to the event date may result in additional fees depending on floral availability and labor adjustments.
4. Design Revisions & Changes
Our work is intentionally focused on small to mid-scale weddings, corporate functions, and personal floral moments where thoughtful design makes the greatest impact.
Requests that significantly expand beyond the originally agreed scope may require proposal adjustments to ensure quality and consistency.
5. Event Size & Scope
All deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the time invested in planning, proposal development, and supplier coordination, once your date is secured.
If you need to reschedule, we will always do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of planning and materials already prepared.
Our goal is to remain understanding and flexible whenever possible, while also honoring the time and work already dedicated to your event.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Seasonality and market availability can affect specific blooms. If a flower becomes unavailable, we will substitute with a comparable bloom that maintains the overall look and quality of the design.
We never substitute without your approval or preserving the original design intended.
7. Floral Availability & Substitutions
Delivery, setup, and breakdown details are discussed during the proposal stage.
Delivery windows are scheduled based on event logistics.
Clients are responsible for returning any rented items unless otherwise agreed.
Late returns or damaged items may incur replacement fees.
8. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Personal floristry includes arrangements for birthdays, sympathy, proposals, and just because celebrations.
Due to the customized nature of our work:
Same-day or last-minute requests are subject to availability
Full payment is required before design begins
9. Personal Floristry Orders
We value clear communication and mutual respect. We are always happy to answer questions and collaborate creatively, but we reserve the right to decline requests that compromise design quality, timeline feasibility, or business integrity.
Our goal is never to be rigid, but to ensure every client receives florals we are proud to stand behind.
