Rena Blooms Policies

At Rena Blooms, each arrangement is thoughtfully crafted with care. To maintain the quality of our service and ensure a seamless experience, please review the following policies:

Custom Orders

All custom floral requests must be placed with at least 24 hours’ notice to allow for sourcing, design, and preparation.

Cancellations

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery.
• Cancellations made within the final 24 hours are not eligible, as materials and time have already been allocated for your order.
• Approved cancellations will be issued as Bloom Credits, valid for 1 year from the original order date.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, Bloom Credits will be provided for eligible cancellations and may be used toward any future Rena Blooms floral gift within one year.

Delivery Hours

We currently deliver during the following timeframes:
Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
